Jessica has honed her skills across diverse industries, establishing herself as a standout in the Central and South Texas Region. Jessica’s journey is shaped by a family legacy of small business ownership, fostering a strong work ethic and investment acumen.
Graduating with a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, she showcased leadership by establishing the first Zeta Tau Alpha chapter and supporting the Dean’s office. Meanwhile, her interest in real estate flourished when she purchased her first home while attending school.
She began her real estate career with a directorial role at Benchmark International from 2021 to 2023 after obtaining her license in Florida. Jessica’s adept communication and strategic prowess were evident, leading to successful deal generation within the international M&A firm. After receiving her Texas Real Estate license, Jessica decided to pursue a career in residential real estate in the Austin market. Aligning unique client needs with successful negotiation and problem-solving strategies has been a critical factor for her real estate success.
